Safety Tips For The Best Ziplining experience

Follow Instructions: Listen carefully to the safety briefing provided by our experienced and friendly guides. Highly-trained in zipline safety standards (and fun!), they will explain how to use the equipment properly and what to expect during the ride.

Zipline Weight Limit: Safety is a top priority for us and while we do not have an age restriction, we do have a zipline weight requirement. Every participant must weigh between 50 and 265 lbs and everyone is weighed beforehand while wearing all clothes and shoes. This ensures the safety and proper functioning of the equipment for everyone.

Wear Appropriate Clothing: Dress comfortably and avoid loose clothing that could get caught in the zipline. Closed-toe shoes are a requirement, and we ask that you zipper any loose items into your pockets or leave them behind. We want to leave the natural habitat below undisturbed.

Stay Hydrated: Water bottles are not allowed on the course so have a good drink of water before you arrive. Don’t worry - we do have a hydration station part way through the zipline adventure to top you up.

Respect the environment: To protect the forested area around us, cigarettes and smoking are forbidden on the zipline course. Also, we do not want to attract extra wildlife so you are not allowed to bring food along. Our course is designed to have as little impact as possible on our beautiful surroundings so your assistance is greatly appreciated.
